Document Request Form - This form is to be used to request any general information or copies of information from the Avenbury Lakes Information Center. There are two versions, one is printed off the website, filled out and then delivered to the Avenbury Lakes Information Center. The second is a form that can be filled out on-line and then by clicking the "submit" button it will be automatically sent to the Avenbury Lakes Information Center.

Lodge Party Reservation - Reservations for Private and Block Parties utilizing the Lodge Party Room can be made with the Lodge Administrator. A completed "Avenbury Lakes Lodge Reservation Agreement" and a Deposit are required to hold your date where applicable. During the summer months the use of the pool can be reserved after regular pool hours at an additional rate for the lifeguard.  Lodge Reservations MUST BE submitted on the “Lodge Reservation Rental Agreement” and paid in full, NO LATER than 2 weeks PRIOR to desired date. Special exceptions can be made for Funeral/Memorial Services, based on availability.

Request To Inspect "Association Records" - This form is used to request to inspect or receive copies of Association records to include; books of account, meeting minutes, membership roster, or other Association documents.

RV/Garden Parking Lot - A parking area for RVs, boats, and other such unique vehicles exists within Avenbury Lakes for specific rental of Owners/Occupants.

BREEZE & ACTIVITY BOOK - New event sign-up sheets will be put into the Activity Book on the first of each month (unless otherwise noted). If the first falls on a weekend, the sheets will be placed in the book the Monday after. You may sign up a guest on the guest list the same time you sign up. You will be notified if there is room for your guest once the residents have ample time to sign-up. Committee members must sign-up in order to attend an event. Remember to pay when you sign-up. The payment holds your spot. The deadline for submitting articles for the Breeze will be the 10th of each month. Please give your article to the Lodge Administrator; email rnorris@lawrencemanagement.com or drop off at the Lodge.

GAZEBO & ROOST - If you’d like to use the Gazebo or Roost, sign up in the Lodge Activity Book. Just put your name on the calendar for the date you’d like to reserve the Gazebo or Roost. Each one has its own sign-up. There is no reservation fee so just sign up.

HOTEL DISCOUNT FOR AVENBURY RESIDENTS - The Avenbury Lakes Board of Directors has reached out and obtained a corporate relationship with Cambria Hotels & Suites, effective January 1, 2015. All Avenbury Lakes residents are now eligible to receive a 10% discount off the best available rate for King or Double Queen Guest Rooms for visiting relatives and friends. All Rooms at this hotel are large Suites that have a living room area with a Queen sofa-bed, refrigerator and microwave. Restaurant is open for breakfast and dinner and bar is open from 5 until Midnight. LODGE BULLETIN BOARD - All material for the Lodge Bulletin Board needs to be submitted to the Lodge Administrator. The materials will be reviewed monthly and removed if outdated. This will help keep the bulletin board neat and current.

LODGE LIBRARY - One of our continuing amenities at Avenbury Lakes is our Library. Along with fiction and nonfiction books, we also provide for loan magazines and puzzles. The TV Room contains all fiction books (hard cover, paper back and large print indicated with a yellow dot sticker), as well as magazines and puzzles. Books are filed alphabetically by author. In the Game Room we provide nonfiction books (biographies, self-help, medical and humorous books). There is no limit on the number of books you may borrow and the length of time you may keep them. All returned books should be placed on the indicated bottom shelf by the door of the TV Room. We accept current book, puzzle and magazine donations for the Library but request that large quantities be left by the return shelf for sorting and classification.  Feel free to stop by and check out our offerings.

RECYCLING The Community Fund RV/Garden Dumpsters -  RECYCLING CHART.  And click for RECYCLING ALTERNATIVES.

TRASH PICKUP & RECYCLING:  Trash collection will not occur on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. If the holiday falls on a weekday, your trash collection will be delayed one day. If you have any questions, you can call Allied Waste/Republic Services at 1- 800 - 433 -1309.  Allied Republic Waste Services is now accepting plastic materials numbered 1-7. Neighbor Helping Neighbor  (NHN)- This service is provided at no cost except for any parts or materials needed. Volunteers are available to assist residents needing help with routine tasks or odd jobs around the house such as replacing light bulbs, changing smoke alarm or garage door opener batteries, removing or putting up screens, hanging pictures, etc.  If your task requires the skill of a professional, the volunteers will let you know. Lock Box This box can be placed outside your front door by a fire department officer and is designed to provide emergency personnel access in the event a resident cannot get to the door to let in the responder or in case of a fire if no one is home.  The cost is $30.  Detailed information and application forms are available on the table in the Lodge Gathering Room, in the Information Center, or from the Avon Senior Center.  In addition to the lock box it is also suggested to have an up-to-date File of Life installed in your home for use by emergency personnel (see below).

File of Life - EMH Regional Healthcare System provides this magnetic medical information packet.  One packet is needed for each member of the household. Fill out the information card, replace it in the packet and place the packet(s) on the side of your refrigerator.  The File of Life sticker, when placed on your door, will alert the emergency medical squad to look for the information packet(s).  File of Life material may be picked up from the Activity Coordinator.  This is a wonderful way to ensure the correct medical information is available to those providing aid.

Sharing Time and Talent - At Christmas, the Social Committee collects toys for children and distributes them to various organizations.  In late summer the Men's Club collects school items and supplies and distributes them to various schools in the area.  The Quilt Club makes small quilts to be donated to selected organizations.
